Afterward, you can receive a recap email with your strategy and action plan.
Begin the journey (Tracks 1–4 start)
We implement the plan and loop in finance & insurance. This is the broad research phase.
Goals: First-time buyers → Pre-Approval or Proof of Funds. First-time sellers → Listing (photos, staging, repairs).
You can follow our production tracker at every major milestone—or let us handle execution while you keep final sign-off.
Engage the other party & negotiate
We negotiate and coordinate with inspectors, appraisers, contractors, and the title company—the focused research phase.
Goal: Cleared to Close from both title and financing.
Sign & take possession
We finalize documents and transfer ownership. Keys, remotes, gate codes, access codes—all delivered.
