The first consultation involves a readiness assessment — covering financial, emotional, and career goals — followed by a custom action plan for homeownership or real estate certification, and ongoing mentorship via newsletters, webinars, and community programs.

A home inspection is a buyer-focused report performed by a licensed inspector after an offer is made — it identifies issues for negotiation or repair.

A pre-listing audit, on the other hand, is seller-focused and conducted before listing the property. BCHG’s pre-listing audits evaluate market readiness, equity position, and DIY improvements, empowering homeowners to maximize sale value and avoid surprise setbacks.

BCHG itself does not act as a real estate brokerage. It’s founder is a licensed Florida REALTOR, and it also partners with vetted, mission-aligned agents and brokerages nationwide.
